Objective:

1- To evaluate the nutritional value of the dietary components of the Texan white-tailed deer during the winter.

Deer scats were collected during the winters of 1999 and 2000, to be analyzed at the Environmental Nutrition Lab of the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas.
